Sound healing uses sound, vibration and intention to gently shift the energy and deeply relax and soothe a person bringing them from the beta state of consciousness to the theta/alpha state of consciousness where deeply calm and relaxed states occur. Allow yourself to be transported on the waves of sound vibration, relax, balance and restore your energy. In one session I will use a variety of healing instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, drums, rattles, chimes, tuning forks, Crystal Singing Pyramid, Tibetan bells and copper singing bowls.
